LOBBIES OPENING MAY 12th

In response to the Governor's recent orders, Stark Federal Credit Union is making plans to re-open its lobbies. Our facilities will have a slightly different look, as we make adjustments to keep you and our employees safe.

Lobbies Opening May 12  with a limit of 6 members at each location.

Appointments are recommended for all new accounts, loans, and complex transactions.  If you are showing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you do not come inside. We will be restricting lobby access to a total of 6 guests at each location. In order to avoid lines, we encourage you to continue to use our drive-up lanes. We prefer you limit your party size to only those required to complete a transaction.

Face Coverings REQUIRED:  Anyone entering a Stark Federal Credit Union location will be required to wear a face covering. Staff will have protective shields and will be wearing face masks as well. We will continue to follow government guidelines in an effort to keep both our members and employees safe.

Cleaning: Stark Federal will be performing regular cleaning of high touch and traffic areas.

Social Distancing: Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Plexiglass is in place at all member contact points as a barrier between employees and members. Please observe floor markings when waiting in line.

Photo ID:  Photo ID may be required for service in order to successfully identify members
