Fees and restrictions
- $5 per month. This is waived if you have 15 point-of-sale transactions within the same month.
- 8 free withdrawals at STAR ATMs – thereafter $1.00. Non-network ATM withdrawals are $1.50.
- Daily limits are $800 in point-of-sale transactions and $500 in ATM withdrawals.
- No ATM deposits, checks or ACH debits permitted.
